Quick Summary: 

John Davenport was co-founder of Ireland/Davenport, a South African start-up agency that won agency of the year 3 times. During this time he won and worked on accounts ranging from Standard Chartered and Investec EMEA to BMW global launches and Pan-Africa Vodafone campaigns.  His speciality is campaigns that work across multiple media channels and use social and PR to magnify impact and make budgets go further. He has won around 22 Cannes lions and 15 D&AD pencils, but is proudest when helping come up with big ideas that have a big impact on client's business. He is also confused about why one ends up writing things like this in the third person, and finds that embarrassing.
